Support and complaints

Email info@chatwithai.co.uk. Tell us what happened, the approximate date and any relevant account or transaction reference. Do not include passwords, sign-in tokens or full payment-card numbers. We will investigate and give a clear response. This inbox is not staffed as an emergency service.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe the request. Settings provides data export and deletion; email is also available if you cannot access those controls. We may ask for proportionate identity evidence where needed to protect your information. Read the Privacy notice for your rights and how to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Use the subject “Safety report” or “Security report”, with a concise description and steps needed to understand the issue. Avoid exposing someone else’s private data. Contact us before intrusive security testing; permission is not granted by this page.
